Where we deliver
We deliver across India. Enter your pincode on any product page to see whether delivery and cash on delivery are available, with the expected date.
How long it takes
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Personalised and made-to-order items may need a little longer; the product page shows this.
- Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar orders usually arrive in 1–2 days.
- Other cities usually receive orders in 3–7 working days after dispatch.
Charges
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Free delivery applies on orders above ₹999. You can also choose free store pickup from 103, Dev Ashish Sky, Naroda Nikol Road, Ahmedabad.
Cash on delivery
Available for orders up to any order value on serviceable pincodes. Please keep the exact amount ready.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by SMS, email or WhatsApp when the order ships. You can also track it on our Track order page with your order number and mobile number.
Damaged or missing items
Please record a short video while opening the parcel. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on +91 8460603000 (call or WhatsApp) and we will replace it or refund you.
