Product orders
- You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, or until it is packed, from My account › Orders or by contacting us on +91 8460603000 (call or WhatsApp).
- Personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. You may return them under our Return & refund policy.
- Prepaid orders are refunded in full within 7 working days of cancellation.
Décor and event bookings
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before the event date. The advance is refunded in full.
- Later cancellations may lose part of the advance to cover flowers, balloons and materials already bought.
- Date changes are free when the new date is available. We will always try to help.
