These terms apply to every purchase and booking made with Riddhi Celebrations through https://riddhicelebrations.com, by phone, WhatsApp or at our store at 103, Dev Ashish Sky, Naroda Nikol Road, Ahmedabad. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless the product page says otherwise. The GST amount is shown on your invoice.
- Photos show the product as closely as possible. Handmade, floral and natural items may vary slightly in colour or finish.
- If a price is shown wrongly because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order. You may cancel for a full refund.
Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed when you receive an order number by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
- We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, and cash on delivery for orders up to any order value where available.
- For bulk or corporate orders, a written quotation and an advance may be required.
Personalised items
Please check names, dates and messages before ordering. Personalised items are made to your instructions and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or different from what you entered.
Décor and event services
Décor bookings follow our Décor booking terms. Final designs and prices are agreed in writing before the event.
Delivery, returns and cancellation

Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control such as weather, strikes or courier disruptions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
