Booking
- Send an enquiry or WhatsApp us with your date, venue and idea. We share a design, a mood board and a written quotation.
- Your date is reserved once you confirm the quotation and pay an advance of 50% of the quoted amount.
- The balance is due on the event day before setup begins, unless agreed otherwise.
Setup and venue
- Please arrange venue access for our team at the agreed setup time, plus power points where lighting is included.
- Prices include setup and removal within city limits. Outstation venues may have travel charges, shown in the quotation.
- Flowers and balloons are natural products. Shades may vary slightly from photos; we always match the overall look agreed.
Changes and cancellation
Changes can be made up to 3 days before the event, subject to availability. Cancellations follow our Cancellation policy.
Care of props
Props, stands and reusable items remain our property and are collected after the event. Damage caused by guests may be charged at cost.
